**Returns and Refunds Policy**
At Dad Blue Club, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
**1. Returns**
**Eligibility for Returns:**
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
**Non-returnable Items:**
- Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
**Return Process:**
1. **Initiate a Return:** Contact us at [support@dadblueclub.com](mailto:support@dadblueclub.com) to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. **Prepare Your Package:** Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include any documentation, accessories, and the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. **Shipping the Return:** We will provide you with a return shipping label. Print and attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping facility. 
**Return Shipping Costs:**
- We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**2. Refunds**
**Refund Process:**
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
**Refund Timeline:**
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
**3. Exchanges**
**Exchanging Items:**

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
- The availability of replacement items may vary. We recommend initiating an exchange as soon as possible to ensure the desired item is in stock.
**4. Damaged or Defective Items**
**Reporting Damages:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dadblueclub.store/contactus
- Include a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photographs of the damage or defect.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
**Replacement or Refund:**
- Upon receiving and verifying the damaged or defective item, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
